Peter Rowan

Who doesn’t remember Old and In The Way? “Midnight Moonlight”? Peter Rowan has a bluegrass and rock & roll pedigree. He was the lead singer for Bill Monroe before hippie culture; he worked with David Grisman in the band Earth Opera then joined Old and In the Way with Dawg and Jerry “Spud” Garcia. Still playing and writing great music, Peter Rowan comes back to Don Quixote’s in Felton to showcase a new CD, “Legacy” and play old favorites too. Who knows? Maybe “Panama Red” will be back in town. Peter Rowan performs Thursday, December 2nd. Showtime is 7:30 pm.
