“The King of Zydeco” Clifton Chenier grabbed Andre Thierry by the arms at the age of three and deemed him a future accordion player. Clifton’s prophecy was correct: Andre has become an exceptional self-taught musician who merges traditional Zydeco-Cajun music with blues, jazz and rock, getting crowds dancing wherever he plays. It may not be Fat Tuesday yet but Don Quixote’s in Felton will be celebrating early with an afternoon appearance by Andre Thierry and Zydeco Magic. The New Orleans style afternoon takes place Sunday, February 20th starting at 1 pm.
