You’re invited to experience a full day of musical groups and cultural dance performances during the annual Multicultural Festival at UC Santa Cruz. This year’s theme is “Roots, Rhyme and Rhythm: Solidarity Through Action”, highlighting the experiences of historically under-represented communities in dance and song. Food booths from many cultures are hosted by ethnic student organizations that have planned this event.
The Multicultural Festival is free and open to the public. It takes place Saturday, May 21st at the Oakes College Lower Lawn from noon until 6 pm. For more information, contact Adrian at 459-4527.
