The City and County of Santa Cruz, the City of Capitola and dozens of other California cities and counties are moving forward to enact Single-Use Bag Reduction ordinances. The basic idea seems to be to encourage consumers to re-use bags vs. the paper-or-plastic dilemma. Here’s one to consider: the KZSC “Dino Tote”.
