The duo of Alasdair Fraser and Natalie Haas return to the Kuumbwa in Santa Cruz, CA for an evening of Scottish fiddle and cello music on Sunday, March 4th starting at 7pm. Alasdair is well known for his energetic fiddling as one of Scotland’s great ambassadors of traditional music over the past 30 years. Natalie participated in one of Alasdair’s California fiddle camps, and the two of them discovered the joy of pairing fiddle with the rhythm and textures of the cello and they have since performed together in Scotland, France and throughout the United States. Presented by the Celtic Society of the Monterey Bay.
