A couple of the finest singers from Ireland, Karan Casey and John Doyle, will be appearing Wednesday, March 14th at 7:30pm at the Kuumbwa Jazz Center in Santa Cruz, CA. Both have received nominations for Grammy awards during their careers, both were previously members of the acclaimed Irish band Solas, and both are tremendous interpreters of contemporary and traditional material. John’s tremendous guitar work adds rhythmic excitement and sensitivity to all of the songs. Presented by the Celtic Society of the Monterey Bay.
