U.S. National Mandolin Champion Radim Zenkl will be performing solo in a house concert on the west side of Santa Cruz, CA on Friday, March 16th, 2012 at 8pm. Radim sings as well as plays the mandolin, mandola, Irish bouzouki, ukulele, tinwhistle, and didgeridoo. Radim plays traditional music from various genres, as well as blending his original compositions with elements of Eastern European and other ethnic sources. with influences from the spheres of string jazz, bluegrass, rock, classical, and elsewhere.
