Los Lobos, The Doobie Brothers and Joan Osborne will be getting in touch with their blues roots at the 20th Annual Santa Cruz Blues Festival May 26th and 27th. Also on the weekend agenda: Tommy Castro and the Painkillers, Elvin Bishop with James Cotton and a whole gang of others. The weather will be sunny; the venue is outdoors in Aptos Village Park; the New Orleans food and barbecue will be hot and the beer will be cold. Plus there’s a children’s entertainment area with balloons, face painting, and more. And remember, since Monday May 28th is the Memorial Day holiday, you’ll have a chance to recover.
