The 38th Annual Santa Cruz Pride Parade and Festival takes place Sunday, June 3rd. Leading the parade as Grand Marshals this year are KZSC’s “Closet Free Radio” hosts Kai and Richard. The parade begins at 11 AM on Pacific Avenue in downtown Santa Cruz. If you want to be in the parade, join the fun at Cathcart and Pacific Avenue around 9:30. Kai and Richard have been working on their “parade wave” so we hope you get a chance to come out and see them start the day off right. “Closet Free Radio” airs Monday nights at 7, right after the KPFA News on The Great 88, KZSC.
