Takin’ Calls, Dodgin’ Balls: The KZSC Dodgeball Team

Hey sports listeners,

We’ve been hyping this up on Slugtalk for a while now and it’s finally started. That’s right, many months in the making, the KZSC Dodgeball Team has finally come into fruition. After three weeks into the intramural season, the team, made up of various KZSC governing board, staff, and volunteer members has accrued a 2-1 record and we’re still going strong. Come out to our games, Tuesday nights between 8-10PM at the West Field House at College 8. We’d love your support and maybe you can throw a few balls at us as well.

Teebs announces new album E S T A R A

Brainfeeder’s Teebs, Mtendere Mandowa, will release his new album E S T A R A on April 8th, along with an art show featuring the creative process behind the album artwork on February 21st.

It has been nearly 4 years since Mandowa released his first studio album Ardour. He captivated audiences with his sounds of richly textured layers of glimmering bliss. Since then he has released Collections 01, but has been under the radar –- until now. E S T A R A  features collaborations with Prefuse 73, Jonti, Populous, and others. Brainfeeder released one of the tracks on this album, “View Point” – listen below.
