CMJ Top 30

This week’s charts at KZSC are a classic case of “tell me something I don’t know.” What we do know is that Thee Oh Sees are the most badass band on the planet. San Francisco’s prolific garage crew has delivered an album that four out of five dj’s suggest for daily listening. Floating Coffin kills, nuff said. Check out these psychotic songsters on Great 88 shows “Indie Babies”, “Do or D.I.Y” or other indie programs. You might even hear someone spin it on the ultra rare, ultra clear vinyl, with red blood splatter.

DJ Prudence & art

Looking At A Glass Onion…

DJ Prudence displays her artwork, a painting entitled “Glass Onion”. It’s her re-imagining of the classic Lennon song from The White Album. This one-of-a-king piece will be offered today on The Beatles’ “Here, There & Everywhere” program, along with other Fab Four thank you gifts and of course your requests. Thursday mornings without George, Paul, Ringo and John would not be the same…call in during our Pledge Drive, 831-459-2811 or DONATE online to support community radio and this program.
