The human joy factory known as, Quintron will load his customized B-3 Hammond organ into The Crepe Place, and play that beautiful machine with wild abandon on Sunday, May 24th.
You will be compelled to dance, since it will be the only way to match the energy of his performance. Oh yes, everyone will sweat!
Folks who live in New Orleans do know how to have a good time and let loose, and that is where you can see Quintron play at his home base of the Spellcaster Lodge in the 9th ward; should you ever head down to The Big Easy. But, in the meantime, all you have to do is walk or ride your bike to midtown Santa Cruz.
Now, for some bonus information (based on the last time I saw the show) Miss Pussycat will offer up her unique brand of puppet theatre before joining Quintron on vocals and maracas. One of the other things you might want to look for are his inventions like, the Spit Machine (harmonica), the Disco Light Machine, and his most notable, the Drum Buddy. No one can know all that he has in tow for this tour.
The Nots (from Memphis, TN) will be opening the show at 9pm. For more info about the venue go to, thecrepeplace.com and you can get advance tix via ticketweb.com or swing by and buy the tix in person this week. It is going to be a full house, don’t miss out .Cheers!
